Shilajit is a mineral organic product of natural origin, black in color. There are many names: mountain resin, rock oil, mountain balm or mountain wax.
Shilajit for prostatitis and prostate adenoma is used in folk medicine as an immunomodulatory and restorative agent. However, if there are contraindications for performing enemas or personal preferences, you can use other recipes for prostatitis with mumiyo - in mixtures with juices, honey or other ingredients.
With eucalyptus
To treat prostatitis, use a decoction of eucalyptus with mumiyo. This mixture is used as an enema; the solution must be administered warm. The procedure is carried out during an exacerbation twice a day. Treatment can then be continued with a single administration.
To prepare the decoction you need 1 tsp. eucalyptus pour 150 ml of water. Boil over low heat or in a water bath for 15 minutes. Then strain and dissolve 2 mummy tablets.
Mixtures with juices
The easiest way to take it is to use it with different juices. This will saturate the body with a complex of various vitamins and nutrients.
It is best to dilute mumiyo in apple, blueberry and sea buckthorn juice.
You need to drink 3 glasses of juice a day:
- In the morning – 300 ml of vegetable.
- For lunch - 300 ml of fruit.
- For dinner – 300 ml of berries.
Treatment must be carried out for at least 15 days.
With honey
You can prepare a medicinal mixture from mumiyo, honey and yolk. It is recommended to mix the components according to the following recipe:
- 1 tablet of mountain resin;
- 1 tbsp. l. honey;
- 1 chicken yolk.
The tablet must first be ground into powder and added to honey. This remedy should be taken 2 times a day before meals. Duration of treatment is 3 weeks.
In the form of microenemas
The composition for microenemas against prostatitis with mumiyo is usually prepared in combination with herbs. You can take chamomile, St. John's wort, aloe or celandine. You can also make complex mixtures of all herbs. First you need to prepare a decoction of them in the proportion of 1 tsp. dry mixture, 1 tablet of mountain resin and 150 ml of water. Bring the mixture to a boil, keep on low heat for another 5 minutes, turn off the gas and leave to cool to room temperature. This amount is enough for 1 microenema. You should not make a decoction for future use and store it; it is better to prepare a new one for each procedure. The procedure should be carried out once every 3 days, a total of 10 procedures are needed.
