Treatment of prostatitis and prostate adenoma with sea buckthorn

Sea buckthorn for prostatitis and prostate adenoma is used as an additional remedy in complex therapy. It does not eliminate the cause of the disease, but it strengthens the body and improves the functioning of the immune system, promoting recovery. Can also be used as a prophylactic. In folk medicine, oil based on it and rectal suppositories are used.

Making and using oil

Sea buckthorn oil for prostatitis can be prepared independently or purchased at a pharmacy. When purchasing, you need to pay attention to the composition. It may contain a large amount of additional oil impurities.

There are several ways to prepare it at home:

  1. You will need to grind 200 g of fruit in a meat grinder and pour in 500 ml of heated vegetable oil. Let it brew for 10 days in a dark place.
  2. To collect the concentrated product, you need to squeeze the juice out of 200 g of berries and leave it in the refrigerator. After a few days, a greasy film forms on the surface, which must be carefully collected in another container. From the cake left after squeezing the juice, you can make an extract according to the first recipe.

Can be used to make suppositories, massage or microenemas. To make suppositories you will need:

  • 100 g fat (pork, goose, good quality butter);
  • 20 g sea buckthorn oil.

To prepare candles, you need to melt the fat in a water bath, add oil and stir for 5 minutes. After this, pour into molds and refrigerate until completely set.

To use as a composition for microenemas, it is best to make a mixture of sea buckthorn and fir oils in equal parts.

No more than 100 ml of the composition should be administered. It is best to do this in the evening after bowel movements. You need to keep the solution in yourself for at least half an hour.

The same mixture is great for use during a lower back massage.
