  • continue taking it for 2 weeks, then take a break for 2 weeks, then you can resume the course.

Walnut septums also help against prostate adenoma, providing an antitumor effect. The cooking recipe is no different.

Infusion of walnut leaves

To prepare the infusion you need:

  1. Take 100 g of leaves and dry them.
  2. Pour 1 liter of boiling water.
  3. Cook over low heat for 15 minutes without boiling.
  4. Leave for 4 hours.
  5. Filter the resulting mixture.
  6. Dilute with clean water to make 1 liter of finished liquid.
  7. Take 3 tbsp. l. in a day.

Mixed walnuts with fruits

They are often consumed with fruit; prunes, figs and dried apricots are most often used. To do this, take approximately equal parts of nuts and several types of fruits and grind them to a pulp in a blender or coffee grinder. The resulting mixture is eaten 1-2 tbsp. l. at night, this has a beneficial effect on potency and quality of sleep. But it is not advisable to store the pulp for more than a couple of days, so it is better to make fresh portions daily.
