Aspen bark for prostate adenoma can be used as an addition to drug treatment. It has a wide range of medicinal properties and speeds up the healing process. 1. Take 100 g of powder or crushed aspen.

3. Place on low heat for 10 minutes.
4. Let the broth cool.
5. Filter the precipitate through cheesecloth.
6. Take 50 ml three times a day before meals.
7. The proportions in the recipe are indicated for 3 days of treatment. The course can be continued for no longer than 2 weeks.
