Treatment of prostatitis and prostate adenoma with parsley

Parsley for prostatitis and prostate adenoma is used not only as a food supplement, but also as a traditional medicine. It is rich in useful vitamins and microelements. All parts of the plant can be used to prepare recipes with it. However, it should be understood that its use alone will not get rid of the disease, but can only enhance the therapeutic effect in complex treatment or be a preventative measure.

Medicinal properties appear with long-term use of the plant. It helps fight the symptoms of prostatitis and prostate adenoma, and provides:

Contraindications

Recipes

Folk recipes with parsley for the treatment of prostatitis can use different parts of the plant. Stems, leaves, seeds and roots are used.

Seeds

For this recipe, before using parsley seeds, they must be dried and ground in a coffee grinder.

Next, a decoction is prepared, for this you need:

  • 1 tablespoon crushed seeds;
  • 1 liter of boiling water.
  • brew parsley and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes;
  • strain through a strainer.

Take 1 tsp. per day 5 times a day at regular intervals.

You can prepare a cold infusion from the seeds. To do this you need:

  • 1 tsp. pour 250 ml of cold water into the ground seeds;
  • let it brew for 8 hours and take 50 ml 3 times a day.

Stems and leaves

The green part of the plant can be used both fresh and dry:

  1. The dried herbs should be crushed and mixed with the same amount of green tea. After this, brew as usual tea and drink throughout the day, but not more than 400 ml per day.
  2. Grind 100 g of fresh leaves of the plant and pour 1 liter of boiling water. Leave for an hour. Take half a glass of parsley 3 times a day.
  3. A milk-based decoction has a more pronounced anti-edematous effect. For it you need to pour 75 g of the plant with 200 ml of milk, boil and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes. Strain through cheesecloth and let cool. Use 2 tbsp. l. before eating.

Root

Recipes using parsley root for prostatitis and adenoma involve the use of a two-year-old plant. It is necessary to harvest raw materials in spring or autumn. Based on the root, you can make both decoctions and tinctures.

In order to prepare an infusion from the root of the plant you need:

  1. Prepare 1 tbsp. l. fresh root or 3 tbsp. l. dry.
  2. Pour 500 ml of boiling water, wrap and leave for 12 hours.
  3. Strain and use 1 tbsp. l. 2 times a day on an empty stomach for a month.

Parsley root decoction is best consumed fresh. It must be prepared before use as follows:

  1. Pour half a glass of chopped root into 1 liter of boiling water.
  2. Continue to simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.
  3. Strain, divide into 4 equal parts and drink throughout the day.
  4. Repeat the procedure for 10 days, taking a 1-day break between doses.

Use of juice

To prepare parsley juice for prostate adenoma, you need to thoroughly wash the fresh herbs (you will need 200 g), chop them, wrap them in several layers of gauze, and squeeze out the juice. For finer grinding and obtaining more juice, you can use a blender.

You need to drink 1 tbsp of parsley juice. l. 3 times a day on an empty stomach for 15 days.

It is even more useful to mix it with honey in equal proportions. You need to consume 2 tbsp on an empty stomach. l. in the morning and in the evening.
